With the reform of the offshore funds legislation delayed until 2004 Finance Act 2003 does not contain any measures specifically aimed at offshore hedge funds their UK managers or their investors. There were however several more general developments in the Budget and Finance Act 2003 which will have an effect upon hedge funds and their managers.
