The Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings (Indexation of Annual Chargeable Amounts) Order, SI 2023/107, increases the annual chargeable amounts of ATED for chargeable periods beginning on or after 1 April 2023.
The amounts for each property value band are indexed by the consumer prices index figure for September 2022 (10.1%) and rounded down to the nearest £50.
