Underhill and Hayton is the classic authoritative must-have work of reference for those practising in the area of trust and trustees and as ever a new edition is to be welcomed as a necessity. David Hayton had added considerably to the work (hence the addition of his name) and its authority. This in part led to his appointment as a Justice of the Caribbean Court of Justice. Two of his King's College London colleagues have been 'persuaded' to be Editors under David Hayton's General Editorship for this new edition.
