The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Gibraltar) (Amendment) Order, SI 2012/2017, amends the ‘Gibraltar Order’ (SI 2001/3084) to allow Gibraltar-based entities to exercise certain EU rights in the UK in relation to collective investment schemes.
The Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (Amendment) Regulations, SI 2012/2015, correct defects in other legislation resulting from minor errors in transposition of the ‘recast UCITS Directive’.
