My earlier article (The Tax Journal 25 October 2004 Issue 762) looked at trends in corporate tax compliance and found a growing tendency for organisations to review their arrangements and reconsider outsourcing tax compliance work. The tendency stems not just from a drive to reduce costs but also from a desire for improved quality and in some cases perhaps new regulatory pressures.
