The Finance Bill will be published on 11 March 2021.
The Budget resolutions, which give effect to certain proposals (under the powers in the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act 1968) are available on the UK Parliament website. The financial secretary to the Treasury has confirmed the government’s intention to include the draft measures published on 21 July and 12 November 2020 in the Finance Bill and to legislate those measures ‘in the usual way’.
