Finance Bill: Committee of the whole House

The Committee of the whole House completed its consideration of the Finance Bill on 4 May, when clauses 4, 10 and 35 were passed without amendment.

Clause 7 was amended, and clauses 72 and 19 were passed without amendment, on 3/4 May.

Clause 79 of the Finance Bill (power to suspend exemption for transport supplies) is to be withdrawn.

A Public Bill Committee will begin its consideration of the Bill on 10 May.
