This year HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) brought together several business units to form the new Large Business Service (LBS) to deal with big business on all direct and indirect taxation matters. LBS merges the Large Business Office and the Energy Group of the Inland Revenue with the Large Business Group from HM Customs & Excise.
