Guernsey’s new chief minister has written to the UK prime minister, following the island’s general election on 4 May, anticipating the signing of an agreement with the UK for sharing beneficial ownership information by 17 June at the latest. The chief minister also promised consultation on a central registry of beneficial ownership in Guernsey by the end of May.
