The Windsor Framework (Disclosure of Revenue and Customs Information) Regulations, SI 2023/623, enable HMRC to share information on movements of goods with the EU, under the Windsor Framework agreement – part of the UK’s commitment to co-operate under the agreement.
Also, the government has published further detail on the arrangements giving effect to the framework concerning moving goods within the UK’s internal market.
The framework will be implemented in stages during 2025.
