The government has announced that on Tuesday 18 July it will publish draft legislation for inclusion in Finance Bill 2024, which will be known as Finance Bill 2023/24. The draft clauses will be published alongside explanatory notes, tax information and impact notes, responses to consultations and other supporting documents. The draft clauses will largely cover pre-announced policy changes.
