The National Minimum Wage (Amendment) Regulations, SI 2022/382, increase the National Living Wage (the national minimum wage for workers aged 23 and over) from £8.91 to £9.50 per hour with effect from 1 April 2022. The minimum hourly rates for workers under 23 and for apprentices, and the accommodation offset rate, are also increased.
