How did you end up in tax?
Steve Edge gave a tax talk to the trainees at Slaughter and May (where I was articled) and made tax sound fun. I never looked back!
Who in tax do you most admire?
My US tax partners at Ropes & Gray are incredibly impressive – one of the reasons I joined the firm. I also admire Howard Nowlan. He has a brilliant mind and I enjoy his judgments although he should be in the Supreme Court!
