Graham Aaronson QC and commercial litigator Joe Hage have formed Hage Aaronson, a new litigation boutique. Other recruits to the firm include include Simon Whitehead and Paul Farmer (from Dorsey and Whitney) and Michael Anderson (from KPMG).

Pinsent Masons has appointed Darren Mellor-Clark, formerly of KPMG, as its new head of indirect tax advisory.

Lupton Fawcett Lee & Priestley, the Leeds and Sheffield based commercial law firm, has announced the appointment of Melanie List, formerly of PwC, to head its tax division.
