The OECD announced the appointment of Pascal Saint-Amans as Director of the Centre for Tax Policy and Administration. He will take up his duties in February 2012 on the retirement of Jeffrey Owens. Saint-Amans became Head of the OECD’s Global Forum Division in October 2009.
The merger of the accountancy practices Francis Clark and Winter Rule, announced in May, has been completed. Francis Clark LLP said the new business creates a practice with 45 partners and more than 330 staff in seven offices in the south west of England.
