HMRC has published guidance Exporting personal protective equipment during coronavirus (COVID-19) on the changes that may be applicable for businesses exporting PPE to areas outside the EU and EFTA member states and certain other territories during the coronavirus outbreak. Exporters will temporarily need a PPE licence.
