The government has published full non-statutory guidance for companies, Societates Europaeae and LLPs on how to comply with the new requirements to keep a register of people with significant control (PSCs) from 6 April 2016. Draft statutory guidance for companies and LLPs on the meaning of ‘significant influence or control’ was published in January. Further guidance explaining the requirements for individuals who may be PSCs is to be published shortly.
