The appetite for new measures to address climate change has never been higher and with the publication of the Climate Change Bill and Energy White Paper the direction of current UK Government policy is becoming clearer. There seems to be a general consensus that the earth is warming and that this is due in significant part to mankind's emissions of greenhouse gases. The conclusion: that action is required by us to reduce the impact that we have on the environment. Individuals businesses and governments all have a significant role to play in tackling climate change.
