HMRC has also published its Service level agreement for operation of Welsh rates of income tax. This sets out the requirements and performance measures for HMRC and the Welsh government to meet their respective responsibilities in respect of operating Welsh rates of income tax. HMRC is required under the agreement to publish an annual report covering the activity it has undertaken in the preceding tax year relating to its performance measures.
