The Social Security Revaluation of Earnings Factors Order, SI 2012/187, sets the percentages to be used in revaluing earnings factors for additional state pension.
The Social Security Pensions (Low Earnings Threshold) Order, SI 2012/188, sets the low earnings threshold for additional pension; and the Social Security Pensions (Flat Rate Accrual Amount) Order 2012, SI 2012/189, provides for the flat rate accrual amount (a new threshold for calculating additional state pension entitlement), to be increased in line with the rise in national average earnings.
