Between Christmas and New Year HMRC published 'Roles and Responsibilities of Large Business Service Client Relationship Managers and Sector Leaders' — a document that had been promised by the Varney Review for the end of December 2006 (see the Review of Links with Large Business timetable opposite).
 
In many ways there is nothing new about this document which broadly reflects the current and evolving practice of the LBS following the publication of the Operating Model in April 2006. Nevertheless many will be interested...
