The UK and Liberia have signed a Tax Information Exchange Agreement.
Liberia was removed from the OECD’s ‘list of unco-operative tax havens’ in 2007. It is listed as a jurisdiction that has committed to the internationally agreed tax standard requiring exchange of information on request but has ‘not yet substantially implemented’ the standard.
