The deal has been done and the champagne has stopped flowing. While the vendors and the new owners are contemplating hangovers the various professional advisers are contemplating raising fee notes for services rendered. In a typical corporate transaction a number of professional advisers will have been involved. Some of these advisers will have had peripheral roles to the deal and not be closely involved in the detailed negotiations.
